Steps to reproduce:
Reroute extension doesn't actually reroute links in mobile
Extension works fine on desktop

(I haven't gotten regex replacement to work, even in native chrome, so don't worry about that)
Expected behavior:
If a rule is setup, I expect the extension to redirect based on that rule
Example rule:
Replace reddit.com
With old.reddit.com
Keep regex unchecked
