Orion will just randomly start hiding tabs during normal use, when this occurs if you switch the tab view to recover tabs (to a workin view, where all tabs show), then Orion works fine but upon returning to the original view it will panic, and throw a SIGBART in thread 0 (it's prob a nil or mismatched pointer inside of NSCalendarDate, so a check needs to be placed when redrawing tabs to account for this and fix it)
Not crash when redrawing tabs, ideally no ghosting tabs in the first place to be honest
