I ran across an identical (at least in symptoms) issue twice today, and I want to verify it's not already a known problem before I bug the developers.
I am starting a business, and as such needed to get an EIN number from the US Government, and needed to file with the state because that's what states do.
In the case of the Fed form (starts here: https://sa.www4.irs.gov/applyein/) I got all the way through, and was assigned my EIN. However the button to to download the offical letter in the form of a PDF simply didn't work. No debug information, just click and nothing.
Then I filled out the state form (started here: https://www.coloradosos.gov/biz/TradeNameIndTransaction.do?firstTime=true_) and when I got to the end got two buttons "Pay Now" and "Return to form". Neither worked. This screen shot might work:

I tried compatibility mode both times, and got nothing.
For the Colorado form I was able to re-do the process in Safari, but for the Feds the form was already submitted and I was SOL.
Is this a bug that should be submitted, or a known problem?
(note there is/was a discussion on the Discord Server #orion-chat about this, but nothing was resolved)
