If the toolbar is set to auto hide, there is a noticeable jump in the content on the page when the toolbar is being hidden or shown.
To replicate, activate "Hide toolbar on scroll" in settings and scroll up and down on a page. As the toolbar is hidden or appears, there is a small jump in page content.
Scrolling should be smooth regardless of whether or not the toolbar is set to hide on scroll.
