Sponsorblock Popup too Small

When installing Sponsorblock from either CWS or AMO, the popup window is very small.

Steps to repro:

Create a new profile
Install Sponsorblock from either CWS or AMO
Open the popup window
Noice how small it is compared to Sponsorblock on Chromium / Firefox / Safari

@laiz was also able to repro this in the Orion Discord on his main profile.

I notice that when the violentmonkey popup is small, the sponsorblock popup is large, when the sponsorblock popup is small, the violentmonkey popup is normal. Weird.

@arjun it should be improved in 1.0.8, however sometimes popup size isn't 100% fit, which we'll try to address
