Orion Browser keeps crashing due to tab number

So I have over 10K tabs (yeah, I know) and I'm at the point where I can't even open the app after the recent update without it crashing. This didn't start happening until the most recent update so I'm guessing it has something to do with that.

I'd like to be able to open the app without it crashing on me like before.

Orion 1.4.17 on iOS 26.6

KoroKara Thank you very much for reporting your issue. I have a few questions:

Do you have sync enabled in Orion (it is enabled by default)?
Are your tabs in different saved tab groups, or all in the original, unsaved, unnamed one?
When you open Orion after the update, does it load and freeze, then crash? Or does it just automatically crash on trying to open it?

astruckm Yes, sync is on. I have no tabs saved in different groups just the original one. When I boot up the app I get this empty gray loading screen and it never goes away. I assume it freezes and then crashes. I added the image of the screen to this reply

astruckm it's been over a week and I can't even open the app anymore without this happening 😣
