Pinned tab context menu item not available for active tab

Active pin tab context menu should have pin tab option.

PS: There is also discrepancy between active and non-active non-pin tab. Seems active tab menu lost all context options.

We discussed this just earlier this week! The currently active compact tab will have all tab options added to its context menu.

The pictures are from a dev build and the context menus contain some dupe entries (e.g. copy and copy link) which will be pruned before release. The blurred bit is something interesting that is cooking, but I don't want to leak it just yet.
