Steps to reproduce:
- Toggle Vertical Tabs (on)
- Click "Bookmarks" in Library section of Sidebar
- Select File > New Tab
- Realise that the Tab Switcher UI is the only (hidden) way get a sense of open tabs in the current window. If disabled, Ctrl-Tab through the invisible tabs until you eventually get back to the original tab.
Expected behavior:
There should always be a 'simple' (or very least 'more evident') means in the UI to retain the user's "situational awareness" of their current browsing session, aka it shouldn't be so hard to know the current state of my browsing environment.
As a UX principle, of course there are many ways to achieve these ends, but this crosses over with so many existing or potential feature suggestions, I wanted to understand your current stance on this issue before delving deeper into suggesting UX approaches.
