When I (re)start the browser, new tab creation works initially, but later on fails.
See "File" flashing at the beginning of the GIF as the Cmd+T keyboard shortcut is registered but fails to create new tabs.
The only way I can open a new tab in an ongoing session is by clicking the + blank tab placeholder on the "Search tabs…" screen.

When this bug occurs, I don't see all of my open tabs in my tab bar; only any pinned tabs I have. To see all open pages, I have to switch to the search page. This is fixed if I restart the browser — but only temporarily.
Want to be able to use Cmd+T to create new tabs as usual.
