Allow pasting direct links into flagged duplicates

Vlad When flagging a post on the forum as duplicate, it prompts the user to search for an issue by title. Often times it’s easier to post a direct link to the issue instead of typing it out by name. May be worth reaching out to the extension developer to request this feature.
