In safari, it gives your recently closed tabs. Currently in Orion it doesn't do anything.

Just like this issue (https://orionfeedback.org/d/299-long-press-forwardbackward-arrows-to-reveal-tab-browsing-history), except instead of past or next tabs it is the currently closed tabs which can otherwise be opened with shift+command+t, long pressing the tab create button on either the toolbar in Orion post-Big Sur or the vertical tab sidebar should reveal the past closed tabs.

It would be great if there was a "Recently Closed" menu under "History". I'm used to something like that from Firefox. Not sure if this should be a separate feature request but seems related to OP.

Ok Long press + should show recently closed tabs (both on desktop and mobile)
We should add "Recentyl Closed" menu to History menu on desktop showing these same tabs.
