Tab thunbnail opens when entering in menu and have vertical tab enabled

When I have vertical tab enabled, after switching from 1 tab to another then entering in a Menu (Settings, History, Bookmark) tab thumbnail appears.

Tab thumbnail should appears only when the mouse is hover the tab
