When downloading very small files, there is zero visual or auditory feedback in Orion that the file was downloaded successfully. This makes it impossible to tell whether the download has even started, or what status it's at.
Show some visual indication that a file download has commenced/completed. For example, simply show the (fully filled) download progress bar in the toolbar for at least 1 second, regardless of how quickly the download actually completed.
