Steps for reproducing the issue:
- Create a fresh Orion profile
- Create a few new tab groups
- Enable vertical tabs
- With the sidebar permanently enabled, move some tab groups around
- Notice how the tab group list at the top section of the sidebar correctly updates when the order changes
- Enable auto-show sidebar
- Hover over the left edge of the window
- Move some tab groups around using this configuration
- Notice how the tab group list at the top of the sidebar doesn't get updated when you move tab groups

Expected behavior:
Even with the sidebar’s auto-show setting enabled, reordering tab groups should be instantly reflected in the UI.
