Focus mode disables clicks on menu at top of web app

Any site with a top menu has an issue, including OrionFeedback.org (see video).

I also created a test site which allows you to increase the top padding to work around the problem. I am hoping that helps identify the root cause more quickly.

Second issue I noticed while testing this, double clicking while trying to click a link in the top menu maximizes the browser window.

@RoxyRoxyRoxy I am surprised there has been no movement on this. It affects many sites when the browser is in Focus Mode. I use Focus Mode almost all the time and this bug has been a real hassle for me.

I guess you guys prioritize by votes.

Love Focus Mode, use it almost exclusively. Since the latest update I am having trouble selecting menu items at the top of webpages, although the browser toolbar is hidden and doesn't appear to be interfering. Links are not clickable within about 30px of the top of the window, example from this forum: {Example of clicking difficulty.}

Fixing this would help keep Focus Mode useful, e.g. I like to manage my email in Proton Mail in Focus Mode, but either I shouldn't or I should only use keyboard shortcuts for the time being to avoid repeatedly collapsing the browser window into Dock. 🙂

When in focus mode elements at the top of the page (like my user profile page) are un-interactable. This happens consistently in focus mode. In the video attached I am clicking to no effect.

I would expect any visible element on the page to be interactable irrespective of the mode my browser is in.

When in focus mode, elements at the top of the page (where the normal toolbar would occupy) are not possible to be interacted with by normal mouse clicks.

Put the browser in focus mode and then click an element at the top of the page, such as a the elements on the Orion feedback page. I attach a video showing this - I am clicking on the elements, and the cursor changes in recognition of the fact that they should be possible to interact with, and yet I can't activate them.

I expect that focus mode will not interfere with the elements at the top of the page. I should be able to click and operate them.

when focus mode is enabled and a website has clickable items at the top of the website, where toolbar should be, it is impossible to click on those items, as it appears that invisible toolbar is preventing clicking through it.

I expect the whole website to be clickable, especially the top items, where usual website menu's reside.
