Hover states mysteriously stops working in Orion UI and viewport/DOM

Hard for me to pinpoint exactly how this happens. But on my work M3 MacBook Pro, for some reason, hover states appear to stop working for both orion chrome UI as well as viewport DOM elements.

It might be related to a right click context select/dropdown issue where the menu won't disappear unless I quit the browser or engage spotlight on MacOS.

I don't expect hover to stop working across the entire browser, and I don't expect a right-click menu to persist even while trying to dismiss it.

I'm seeing the hover stops working behavior in the same version of Orion, but it's working (at least in my case) in Orion RC Version 1.0.6 (145.1-rc), WebKit 625.1.8 / MacBook Pro (macOS Sequoia 15.7.2 build 24G325).
