When creating an event in Google Calendar, certain fields require two clicks to become active: Add guests, Add location. In the case of "Add guests," the first click seems to put the field in semi-active state (highlighted background, but no text field or cursor), and the second click makes it active (with a cursor). For "Add location," two paths are possible: 1) hovering over the word location shows it underlined (like a link), and clicking the linked word a single time makes the field active with a cursor (happy path); 2) clicking anywhere in the field besides the underlined word puts the field into semi-active state without a cursor, and clicking anywhere in the field a second time makes it fully active.
It turns out this also happens in Safari. ☹️
Other fields work as expected: Add Google Meet, Description.
I expected single clicks to make each field active.
