Hidden toolbar area when focus mode is enabled not registering clicks

When focus mode is activated the area that is generally occupied by the toolbar fails to register clicks or selections. The bug goes away when I switch to fullscreen mode.

Correction: I'm starting to think this is a bug with MacOS 26.1 itself. The area that's not working is where the menu bar is supposed to be. I have it set to show on hover. I'll update my MacOS then update this post
