Telegram no longer offers Orion (which is set as system default browser) in the browser selection menu. It opens links in Safari now. In the selection menu, it does see and offer the TOR Onion Browser that I have installed so it looks like this is an Orion issue?
Orion should appear in the Telegram browser choice menu.
