Currently, when you open a lot of tabs in vertical tab mode and scroll down, vertical tabs scroll with it.
My suggestion is that they should stay at the top, always visible, even if the tabs are scrolled.
Take Firefox as an example. When you scroll tabs, pinned tabs stay at the left and don't move. Vertical tabs should have similar behaviour.
