What device do you experience this issue on?
Does the issue always happen for you on this PDF you shared, or is it somewhat random?
Is it always only the first page that doesn't render, and the rest of the PDF is fine? What appears instead of the first page? A blank rectangle?
Could you share a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue?
I know PDF rendering is tricky, but unfortunately I can't reproduce this issue, so any additional information would be extremely helpful.
