Reproduced in Orion. This is what it should look like based on Safari 15.2.
Can reproduce. I also sourced the issue to be with the style="appearance:button" tag. Removing that allows the node to render properly. Maybe this should be renamed to: "Element appearance styling doesn't render background gradients"
