Extensions don't work properly in Pinned Tabs

I've been having an issue with extensions in Pinned Tabs. Chrome/Firefox extensions don't seem to work properly in these tabs. For instance, Proton Pass forgets its login state and doesn't allow me to log back in, and Violentmonkey reports "Violentmonkey cannot run userscripts in this page
(common examples: browser UI, an extension, blocked via policies, a search engine site in Opera)".

This only happens reproducibly in Pinned Tabs, all other tabs seem to work fine.

Extensions should work in Pinned Tabs.
