The copy in the Import Passwords confirmation dialog refers to '[…] "Export Passwords…" in Safari […]'.
In the current version of Safari (Version 26.3), that command has a different name: "File > Export Browsing Data to File…", and the selection of the "Passwords" option then happens in a dialog box.
Adjust the copy in dialog box according, based on the current menu item in Safari.
