Steps for reproducing the issue:
- Create a new Orion profile.
- Open at least one tab so the window isn't closed when you close another tab in the following steps.
- Go to https://www.reddit.com/r/diablo2/comments/1rh831y/here_is_why_you_are_not_fast_enough_to_pick_up/?new_reddit=true
- When the embedded video in the OP plays, in rapid succession, press ⌘W to close the current tab, and immediately after, hit ⌘T to open a new tab.
- Orion is now in a broken state where no new tabs can be opened by any means (⌘T, File → New Tab, pressing the New Tab button on the toolbar).
- Relaunching the profile fixes this.
I am able to consistently reproduce this issue.

Orion should never end up in a state where new tabs cannot be opened.
