Even though I have "Open Links in Preview" disabled, every time I click a link from another app like Mail, it tries to open the link in a preview anyway. Not only that, but the preview window appears on a different space than I'm currently in sometimes so I don't even know that it's there. 
I do not want to use Open in Preview because I don't like it but also because it just doesn't work. If I have my email client full screen on a different space than my browser, the preview window goes somewhere else. I don't even know where. I never see it.
Even when a preview window opens where I expect it to, I can't click it before it just disappears. There's nothing about the preview window that works for me and I don't want it to be enabled. Even though I have it disabled, it pops up Preview links unless I hold Shift anyway. I just want to be able to completely not use the Preview as the settings indicate that I should be able to. Please make it so Orion respects the setting shown in this image.
