Orion will attach the "Fill Code" popover to any text input until used.
See screenshot below. This persists across refreshes and app reboots.

To recreate:
Your phone number must be authenticated with Messages.
Log into a site that will send you a sign-in code. After the code arrives, focus any empty input.
The code will generally keep suggesting itself until clicked.
