Orion has ground to a (almost) halt

Since this afternoon, any action I take in Orion is taking a few seconds to register - key presses, clicks on webpages, clicks in the toolbar, even clicks in the menu bar.

I've tried restarting my Mac a couple of times to no effect.

No other app on my Mac is affected by this issue.

I would expect Orion to behave as usual, without a several second delay each time I click, scroll, type...

Orion 1.0.3. MacOS 26.2.

Hey, I am sorry to hear about the poor performance. To help us get started with figuring out what's going on, could you check whether you are able to reproduce the issue on a fresh Orion profile (File → Profiles → New Profile…)?

Moreover, do you have any extensions installed on the profile that is currently functioning less than ideally?

laiz Thanks. It was the Ghostery extension. I checked Activity Monitor and it was eating 95% of CPU.

Disabled it and Orion is running fast & smooth again. 🙂

Good to hear it's resolved, though ideally extensions wouldn't do that in the first place 🙂
