Pinned tabs should reset to original URL when switching back via keyboard shortcut

Expected Behavior:
When I have a pinned tab and navigate away from the original URL within that tab, switching back to the pinned tab using Cmd+1 (or other tab shortcuts) should close the
current page and return to the original pinned URL.

Steps to Reproduce:

Pin a tab with URL: github.com/rust/
Navigate within that pinned tab to: github.com/typescript
Switch to another tab
Press Cmd+1 to return to the pinned tab
Current result: The tab still shows github.com/typescript
Expected result: The tab should automatically navigate back to github.com/rust/ (the original pinned URL)
Use Case:
Pinned tabs are typically used for frequently visited "home" pages. When navigating away within a pinned tab, users expect the pinned tab to act as a "reset point" -
returning to the original URL when switching back to it.

Suggested Behavior:

When switching to a pinned tab that has been navigated away from its original URL, automatically reload the original pinned URL
Or provide an option in settings: "Reset pinned tabs to original URL on focus"

Hey! Thank you for the detailed steps for reproducing the issue. To clarify, in step 2, do you type github.com/typescript in the address bar and hit enter? This should result in a new tab with the desired URL.

Following these steps, I am able to reproduce the issue of the pinned tab having a URL that still says github.com/typescript but the page that is loaded is github.com/rust. Does this match your experience?

If not, could you share a screen recording of you reproducing the issue?

yes, I made a few wrong steps, I navigate a bit through the pages in github, and then I find a link that takes me there.
and I would like when I type cmd+w to close my page and take me to "home"

I found a solution, Reset Pinned Tabs.
but I can't put a shortcut 🙁
