Orion for Desktop has Tools->Translate with Kagi and this should be added to Orion for Mobile (iOS). I've found this a valuable feature (and it's exciting to gain access to non-English websites), and was recently surprised to find it's not similarly available on the mobile version after I landed on a German-language website.
If this feature is already there then I suggest making it more promitnet as I can find it under either the '..' or Share button options.
Otherwise, I would add such a menu item under the Share button and put somewhere around the Search on Page option. It could even be made a quick access button that appears when the website's language simply doesn't match the phone's default. However, I am not a UI/UX expert and certainly not for mobile so open to wherever others think it belongs. My main thing would be to pull up a translation of a page in ~ 2 clicks (i.e. same as desktop).
