As the title suggests - sticky posts only seem to work for users who are not logged in. Probably not much of an issue now, maybe in future stickies might be used more, and more necessary to ensure logged-in users see them.

      I couldn't find any stickied posts to test this with but given 18+ months of orionfeedback.org updates and upgrades, this is likely to be fixed. @Vlad
