IOS there was a problem loading the page

When attempting to visit many different recipe websites such as maangchi.com will get a pop up after a few seconds saying there was a problem loading the page, to learn more click okay. States that need to turn off web blockers. According to a few searches, the domain Coingecko.com is responsible for this. Attempting to add Coingecko to the custom block list as suggested for ublock and similar does not resolve the issue.

I’ve updated content blocker and the issue still occurs.

The website to load, and not see the message pop up after 5-10s.

When you press ok, does it redirect you to a site that's something like "report.error-report.com"? (can't remember the exact one atm)

I've seen it fixed by installing uBlock Origin, could you try this and see if it works? If so it might just be we need to import whatever filter works against it into our own.
