Top website bar persists while scrolling down

Top website bar persists on alot of sites especially Reddit as shown in the video, when a term is searched on YouTube and you scroll down..

EDIT: The issue persists on the bottom bar on Youtube as well.

pretzelsan the past few days I've been working on the actualt layout of the UI elements on the main browser screen, and the animations that happen when you scroll and the toolbars slide away.
There were some bugs in this area that I cleaned up.
