Syncing bookmarks between macOS and iOS hasn't never really worked for me. If I force it in both ways, using the respective apps' Settings, I can get changes to appear but with all the merge issues that one might expect. Dups, not sure what is the latest, etc. And this is all manually anyway.
I sensitive to writing up a bug report that is as generic as "it doesn't work for me", which is why I haven't said anything after months of this not working.
But I would like to try to fix it. Is there anyway to force a reset? I've tried turning off syncing on both devices when when I turn it on again all the old data is there. How do I clear the data on iCloud and start fresh? I assuming that will be faster than try to debug my specific issue.
Also, if there is a way to clear iCloud, I would appreciate any guidance on operation ordering, such as "Turn off syncing on both devices, wipe, turn syncing back on for macOS first", or similar.
Thank you in advance.
