Expected behavior:
If there is a previous user-defined scroll position defined, then prioritize that over the website's defined scroll position?
The solution should be to remove the check for whether the user scroll position is below than that of the "colored" title background, as if you reload the page while above it you still retain that "position" of having it shown, showcasing that there is a check in the code. This indicates that this check can be removed to simply make user input override the scroll position temporarily until the user goes back to the same page in which case it will be reset.
