Just installed the Orion for Linux alpha flatpak. As is observed using Epiphany, pinch to zoom feature is both laggy and jagged - ie. 1) there's a noticeable delay between pinch gesture and zoom effect, and 2) the zooming isn't continuous.
Since this occurs also Epiphany but not on Firefox, I'm guessing it could be a WebKitGTK issue? The Pinch to zoom on FF is pretty much working perfectly, so that could be the reference behaviour going forward.
Pinch to zoom should allow users to zoom in on webpage content when users perform pinch gesture. The zoom should be continuous and smooth.
