Github.com crashes orion (Linux)

If you go to github.com and scroll down a few times (or scroll up and down a few times) it is likely to freeze for a few seconds and then crash the webpage, webkit and/or the entire browser. If it does not happen, close the github tab and load a couple different websites then go back to github.com and try it again. Important to note a couple other tabs are open. Edit: I posted a video in the comments

I expected github.com to not crash.

Linux Alpha 2.49.1 on Fedora 42

Just wanted to share my experience. Seemed Github was stable for me (on 2.49.1 Flatpak install)
I was expecting problems but navigated around, reacted to some updates, did a small test commit to a repo.
Downloads are not working for me across any sites, but from the test images I see in the downloads tab, I guess that's not implimented yet.

ZZ I have seen the same error message on navigating to other URLs. Surprisingly, I didn't have any problems on the github.com homepage as I scrolled up and down and logged in from there.

koala Which other URLs have you seen it on? If you can get them to error consistently, it might be worth commenting here and/or making a new bug report with a list of them so that hopefully they can have a better chance of fixing it.

Hven't browsed extensively. I just thought I'd test a few sites. One notable example I remember is:
yakihonne Although now I can't seem to reproduce. I'm not sure whether open tabs and extensions may also alter the specific error, so I held off posting.

As a comparison, satellite.earth loads every time for me.
