why is there the float on top feature? I know that QuickTime has that, as it plays video, and it is likely that users may want to watch a video while doing other things, and that the video should stay visible, even when other applications may cover it. But, why does Orion have this feature? You don't usually have a small browser window open, covering other apps, so you can multitask.
