Basically a regression of #11452:
- opening some link in a new tab
- typing in a lot of text, hitting cmd+left arrow to go to the start of the text box
- tab closes (bruh), all input is lost (bruh x2)
- you can reopen via cmd+shift+T but whatever you typed there is gone
expected it to navigate within a text area, not to jump history that doesn't exist anyway
