You can't select/tick the radio buttons on a webpage

When using Orion to complete a form - you can't select the radio button. I have to use a different browser to because to tick the radio button. How do you fix this?

I tried Light mode and dark mode - to no avail. I am using. MacBook Pro

I expect to be able to select/tick/check a radio button for the option I want to use.
