When "Close window with last tab" is turned off in settings and only one tab tree is open, when pressing the keyboard shortcut to close all the tabs in a tab tree, (command + control + W), the entire window closes.
Usually when all tabs are closed with "Close window with last tab" turned off, the browser window doesn't close and a new start page tab is generated.
