Issue: Can't add vehicle to account
Orion version: 1.0.0 (139-rc)
When I go to my account at www.bayareafastrak.org, I can't add a vehicle to my account under "Vehicles and Tags"
I click "Add a Vehicle" and I get the page's animated spinner like normal, but then the page reloads rather than present the new vehicle form.
I was able to get it to work by switching to compatibility mode for the page.
I would attach a screen recording but there is PII displayed on the page. I've attached a redacted screenshot instead.
In Safari, when I click Add a Vehicle, I'm taken to a new page with a form to fill out the details of the new vehicle.
