On any website, right clicking to open the context menu has a noticeable pause and shows the pinwheel cursor for a few seconds before the menu shows up.
Steps (on a new profile):
Open any website (compatibility mode does not seem to matter)
Right click somewhere on the page
Does not happen in Safari.
Right click to menu latency should be negligible, and there should definitely not be enough lag for the pinwheel cursor to appear.
