Please allow enabling extensions in compatibility mode

From my experience, issues that require enabling compatibility mode arise not from extensions, rather Orion itself (e.g. #3564). Currently, that's not possible to have compatibility mode on with extensions, that adds a lot of friction (I have to run other browser or standalone password manager to access my stuff).

This could be just another checkbox in "website settings".

Same issue here.

Moreover, I'd lke to switch on compatibility mode, then one by one start enabling extensions & non-compatibility settings to see which thing (extension or Orion feature) broke the web page. Then I could switch out of compatibility mode and just disable the thing(s) that broke the site.
