steps:
- have a large number of tabs open
- open tab overview (grid, the one with previews)
- observe initial scroll position
expected: overview should focus the currently active tab (retain scroll offset so the active tab is visible rn)
actual: overview often jumps to the top of the tab list. the user then has to manually scroll to relocate the active tab (esp. when it’s near the end).
