- Create a profile with any name and color
- Click on the profile from URL bar, click edit and turn off "Show Profile Badge in the App Icon"
- Open the Application list or use Spotlight search to find the non-default Orion profile app, it still shows the badge despite the setting being off
Badge being hidden in apps list & spotlight search if "Show Profile Badge in the App Icon" is disabled. This would make it consistent with how the profile app icon behaves in the dock.
