View in Browser for download dialog

At the time of posting clicking on text / image based links triggers the download dialog. Most of the times you don’t want to download but only view some text file etc. in the browser tab.

Solution: Add a view in browser button to the download dialog that opens the file in a new tab. If it can be displayed great if not handle it in the download dialog.

View raw GitHub content without download.
View text (based) files in new tab.
Open images in new tab.

Hi Mecid, thanks for writing down this suggestion!

Do you have example links that are currently triggering a download, where viewing the file should also be an option?
I've tried with GitHub and I can display the raw content of a file without having starting a download.

Please let me know if you have more examples, this would be helpful in refining this suggestion.
