Custom color for UI Appearance

Add a custom color to the entire UI, beyond the Light and Dark options.

It would be very cool if the profile color was applied to the entire UI.

This would make Orion clearly different from Safari or other browsers.

It would make switching between browsers convenient and let us adpot Orion more easily.
