Content scripts are not being loaded on installation for Safari Extensions

Safari just like Firefox injects content scripts directly upon installation, while Chrome requires a reload.

Orion currently directly injects content scripts directly upon installation for Firefox extensions, but not for Safari extensions. This is unexpected for Safari extensions and can lead to bugs and issues.

For the content scripts to directly be injected into pages if Orion detects an extension as being a Safari extension.

Content scripts should also be injected for Safari extensions when disabled safari extensions get re-enabled (Which is how it works currently in Safari and Firefox). However in Orion, this is currently also not the case for Firefox and Safari extensions. See also:
