When opening new tabs, particulalrly noticeable when it is multiple in quick succession, the homepage background image flashes beneath the toolbar for a split second each time. This is highly annoying.
Steps to replicate:
- Add background image to homepage
- Open multiple new tabs
(Flashing warning)
The background image should not be visible underneath the toolbar
